What was done to make it work:	in the terminal: $ sudo -i type your password # aptitude update # aptitude install module-assistant wireless-tools # m-a a-i broadcom-sta # update-initramfs -u -k $(uname -r) # modprobe -r b44 b43 b43legacy ssb # modprobe wl reboot for it to work.
