Idea:

if DVD upgrade is implemented, that would be better option to upgrade our Operating System. that i feel for that ive reason, i want to upgrade my Julia to Katya but it takes a lot of time. so i prefer to stick with Julia bcz of the lack of time to upgrade and the process ive to follow the fresh upgrade.

If we consider that there is the fear of occurring insoluble dependency's issue, Isn't it also risky as same as online distribution upgrade?
