 KDE Mint Desktop Environment

Idea:

KDE is my favorite desktop environment. One of its strengths is that you can configure the desktop to look and behave exactly the way you want it to.

However, getting there is cumbersome and not intuitive, what with all of the different menus, buttons, tabs, popup windows, labels etc. Sometimes it is downright confusing.

I would like to see a one stop 'shopping' window where you would find a complete and intuitive way of configuring the desktop's most common appearance and behaviour attribute options.
