 Mint 13 should support exfat

Idea:

Newer usb sticks tend to be formatted with exfat, which enable file sizes > 4 GB. Currently there is no support for this in LM, however a fuse driver is in beta.

Let's include this driver in LM13, it would give mint a leg up with respect to Ubuntu.

I just reformated my 64 gb thunb drive from exfat to fat32...and it is working fine in LM /mate...used gparted, no problem

if it's patented, then it's not encouraged, though it may be a better option. Things like this should not be patented and used for the good for all. But will M$ ever think in this way.

Microsoft is selling licenses for it so I don't think we can include that support without opening up our wallets.
