Idea:

What is a Spin? It's an alternate version of a Linux distribution, tailored for various types of users via hand-picked application sets and other customizations.

There are also some projects using a web-based software to generate a customized ISO with the selected software, like Custom NimbleX Live CD generator - http://custom.nimblex.net/ or Build Slax - http://www.slax.org/build.php

I know that a remaster tool can be used instead, but you still need to know what packages and customizations are the best ones to select to create a customized ISO for a specific purpose.

1 year ago	blueXrider	IMO the learning curve here for a new user is pretty intent. A person would really need detailed instructions and because the newer releases are rolling out every six months now. Who knows what's stable?
