Somehow this Menu to logout/shutdown/etc. in Gnome3 on the right{i'm a Menubar at Top User} Side {where also the X from the Windows are} began to please me, therefore it would be nice if we could also select that the Menu has to be on the right Side{I know, we are at the high dpi Lasermouse Age, but i really find it useful to not move my Hand to much from Sides to Sides}

Many thanks for the Answers, didn't know about that Function, because in Mint Cinnamon the other Options for the Menu Bar are elsewhere, what maybe could be another Idea for it, to bring Stuff more togehter!
And MATE seems to be much better now then it was on Mint12, somehow i didn't liked it there, because of BUGs or because it didn't do the Gnome 2 Job as good as Mint11 was!

You need to suggest this at gnome.org or find an extension that does this.

interesting idea. if I may add a suggestion, maybe if the desktop could enable users to drag the menu bar to any side of the screen like windows task bar?
I noticed that this couldn't be done when I came fresh out of windows. would be handy to have this option.
