Idea:

Mintwifi is becoming increasingly irrelevant to assisting with adapter support issues, it doesn't for example provide details of USB adapters increasingly being used.

I suggest this mint tool needs rewriting to provide more relevant information not only for posting on the forum, but also to help the user resolve the issue themselves. This could take the form of suggesting a course of action or a series of interactive steps for the end user to check the setup?

I personally haven't faced such issues, but have often heard about this problem. Therefore I'm promoting this idea.

Don't use a Usb adapter but still had a terrible time of it getting wi fi to work. Promoting belatedly....

This has been a constant problem with my Lenovo 3000 N200 LT, still unable to connect to www at this stage - definitely a problem that needs a solution.
