  • We now have 10 statuses instead of 5
  • The review process now involves both moderators and developers
  • Moderators can now review form and content separately
  • Moderators can now delegate decisions to developers when they are unable to assess the pertinence or feasibility of an idea

 Moderate new ideas (from new usernames)?

Idea:

Since we are having an increasing number of new ideas (I am posting a lot myself...) and an increasing number of new users, some idea posts are becoming "unusual", not containing any actual idea, or complaining, or whatever else.

The number of ideas by day is not so big, so perhaps to MODERATE new ideas (or at least untill the poster becomes whitelisted) could improve the quality of the Idea section, and avoid everyday readers becoming so annoyed as to give up voting on a regular basis.

A new moderation team was appointed and a new moderation module is being developed. Marked as implemented.

Think this has already been suggested several times, but completely agree all ideas should be vetted.
