Idea:

Include by default or as an option the best tools for the physically-challenged and visually-impaired: screen magnifier, text-to-speech, virtual keyboard, etc.

Some examples of software that may be used: enhanced Nitech HTS voices for the speech synthesizer, speech plugin for Pidgin to hear instant messages, NoSquint and Hi-Vis Large Firefox extensions.
