In general I must say this KDE-release worked very nice on my little computer. I don't feel that it loads the CPU more than the Gnomer version. This seems to bee a good one. |

Rejecting ISO : some language pack don't install depending on version available on repo. |

I think this is because you've installed some language packages after the main installation. Which show there something wrong, like in the amd64 iso : altough you choose swedish language, some language pack didn't install. |

#009: No residual config files or auto-installed packages: apt search ~M gives this back:
i A language-pack-kde-sv - KDE translation updates for language Swedi But I must say I did a new try to get swedish language more complete some time before this test. |

#039: Other OS in Grub: It's not exactly as predicted. No 32-bit presented. This way it looks: Linux Mint 10, 3.0.0-12-generic (/dev/sda1) (on /dev/sda1 |

#036: Localized installation: I could however do another localization installation after main installation, and this installed some more swedish language files for me. (The first one seems to not be complete) |

#019: LSB and info file: Everything seems all right, but "USER_GUIDE_URL=http://www.linuxmint.com/documentation.php" does not look exactly as specified but likely and I verified it. NOTE: In the text editor window heading one could read "info-Kate" ?? |

Well, mintDesktop is incompatible with the KDE version. mintfortune is installed, but, in order to activate it, you need to manually edit the key using gconf. |

#008: Terminal fortunes and colors: The terminal behaves with correct colors but I can't find "MintDesktop" where I should switch fortunes on. |

YES, now it finally looks like a real KDE-desktop even on my little Acer Aspire One! Panel is down where it should be and the Kick-off application launcher is visible! |
