inxi reporting a FAILED also happens with Nouveau at times, I do not believe it is related to the Intel issue.

Summary of issues:

  • Gdebi file association missing in Firefox - Acceptable, MIME is OK on the desktop
  • Menu, app buttons cropped - Will be fixed in next Cinnamon
  • inxi reports a FAILED. - Upstream issue with Intel, will be added to the release notes
  • gufw desktop file has an OnlyShowIn=Unity - Will be fixed in an update
