@jamie_boo: The solution is simply to create the directory for the C:\ drive using /etc/skel. That way, it's empty before you configure Wine, but at least the Browse C:\ works out of the box. Anyway, it's not that important and that can wait for Mint 10. |

wine borwse does not work until you run the configure wine app, Im sure if the wine apps were orderd differently in the menu this "problem" would not be reported. ie configure wine above browse wine. I could try adding more to the skel/.wine directory but that may not replicate what configure wine really does. The 64bit has the same fearure set (apps) as the 32bit but just having all the advantages of being 64bit. |

I'm having to hang on for a bit with testing this one as I don't know KDE well enough to change the language back to English, so I'll have to do another install when I get home. |

The "two kernel" thing threw me for a loop for a second, but the French install with custom partitioning went off without a hitch, and my multitude of other systems showed up just fine. Looks excellent in my opinion. |

Sorry for the delay, I had to replace my HD on my test PC, had to wait until it got here. I am now doing manual install. |

The ctrl-alt-backspace should not be working but if it is great. it a uer level setting that upsets keyboard layout if done by default. well until i find a better way. |

I think you have to press cont, alt, backspace twice now for it to work in the Mint 9 releases. |
