Dvdbackup will extract all (or optionally only selected) titles as found on the dvd. It will structure the extracted files in a format suitable for burning at a later time with genisoimage and dvdrecord. Has the advantage of being very easy to use, small, and fast.

Incredible small, simple enough and very, very effective. Good substitute fo DVD Decrypter! Ah, its a CL, so very fast too.

Works great ! Perfect Linux replacement for DVD Decrypter. No Gui, but one isn't really needed.

My children have found they can slide a long way standing on 2 dvds. Backups are essential for me and dvdbackup works surprisingly well. Succeeds where Brasero fails and is much faster. Copies to a folder rather than an iso.
