 metode install software without online (offline)

how to install software without online (offline):

1-open the folder 'file system'.
2-open the folder / var / cache / apt.
3-open 'as administrator' folder / var / cache / apt / archives.
4-in archive folder, right click the mouse to 'Properties', in ' properties' select 'permissions', in ' permissions' select  all to 'create and delete files'.
5-copy-paste your deb collection (all files 'deb' in your collection) in the folder 'archives'.
6-then go to the 'synaptic package manager', select the software you want to install.

nb: this way to make it easier to install the software associated with each other (dependence), without an internet connection (offline). This is also easier for us, if we have a collection of files 'deb' very much.

yes,if natty, it must be deb-natty.
katya, also be deb-katya
maverick = deb-maverick
but for debian-Lmint = rolling, all can be.
deb files can be placed in the folder partial (/var/apt/archives/partial).

I agree with remoulder, it is not necessary. Maybe I misunderstood the purpose of this tutorial, but if one already has the .deb files, it is easier to install with dpkg.

This is un-necessary, use the apt-cache or dpkg commands instead
