latest and now formal on my desk is a HP e5200 dualcore @2.5GHz 4Gb 1Tb with LMDE-2 Betsy

(before it had win8.1pro with 3minutes bootup and >6minutes shutdown without any!! answer from MSof  for over 200 users with the same problem)
