| transmission "One of the reasons I abandoned my first experiment with linux sometime back was because torrent speeds were quite low compared to utorrent in windows.From what I read it is due to utorrent being optimised for Unp and with transmission one has to forward the ports manually to get the best speeds.In Linux Mint Maya,all these problems have been solved.I am getting speeds even better than I used to get with utorrent.Bravo !" |
