  Asus (Laptop or Netbook)
  LMDE
Works fine with some minor problems
What works:

Perfect working:
LAN
WLAN
Audio (no subwoofer and no external mic running)
Video (HD Intel only)
Bluetooth

What doesn't work:

Audio:
The external subwoofer is not working out of the box.
Also the external microphone is not working in the right way and when you insert a Hearphone the internal speakers do not switch off automatically. That problems are linked to the originale alsa-base package.

Video:
right now the embedded GeForce GT635M is not working. It is impossible to compile latest proprietary Nvidia driver (295.40) and the one in repository (295.20) is not working for GT635M.
Moreover it is necessary to manually shut down the Nvida card to get more battery life.

What was done to make it work:

Audio:
To get the external subwoofer working, simply run this python script: http://pastebin.com/TstxjNKz
It's written by HDA Analyzer after that I found the right PIN to modify.
Moreover, to get the external microphone working like a charm, simply add the line

options snd-hda-intel model=asus-mode8

to the file /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf

Video:
right now it is not possible to compile drivers for GT635M.
However, it is possible to shut down the Nvidia video card to improve battery life. To do that, you have to to compile acpi_call module (https://github.com/mkottman/acpi_call/downloads), then load the module (sudo insmod acpi_call.ko) and type this command in terminal:

sudo echo "\_SB.PCI0.PEG0.GFX0.DOFF" > /proc/acpi/call
