[Tell Moderators] Button

What about putting [Tell Moderators] Button?
When we found some ideas like above, click [Tell Moderators] Button, then a Dialog will appear.

O This idea is rejected before.
O other [(text box)]
--------------------------------------------------
[Cancel]Button / [Send]Button
We put a tick on check box, then click [Send]Button.

By the way, it is a big problem when can Moderators (or Mint Team?) discuss about many many Ideas which their Status are still New.

There have already been [Status:] pull down menu [New/Considered/Approved/Rejected/Implemented] on Search page of Ideas module. So,
1. If someone push [Tell Moderators] Button, and put a tick on the check box, then click [Send] Button...
2. Moderators will confirm the idea surely is what be already implemented (or be rejected many times before) or not.
3. If it is sure, Moderators will change the tag of the idea to [implemented] (or [rejected])..., Done.
I guess..., There are so many ideas, and Moderators have no time to change the tag of each idea, because they are very very busy.

Very good intention! After someone's idea is already implemented or rejected comment/discussion should be stopped and idea should be... removed or placed into archives or what?..
