IdeaStorm (http://www.ideastorm.com) is used by DeLL. IdeaTorrent is used by Ubuntu (http://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/) and also by SourceForge.net (http://sourceforge.net/apps/ideatorrent/sourceforge/ideatorrent/implemented_ideas/).

I like some of the page layout features on the ubuntu site such as the tabbed layout and the promote/demote buttons, I think they would fit in well here
Good things should always be "copied" (not plagiarism, of course).
