Today, again I came across a tutorial which does not mention what Linux version and DE it is relevant too. This is fatal as either it will not be found by a correct audience, or may be used by a person who has a different linux version or DE and may cause the system to be locked up.
I go thru most of the tutorials by sorting them by 'Latest' to ensure I only check ideas and tutorials which would (probably) be for the latest release, but this is not foolproof.
Please ensure a small checklist is requested from the users posting the idea/tutorial to fill, like, CPU, memory, graphics, Linux version, DE etc.. even category like wifi or printer on LAN.
This is waiting for a long time now and I am sure its not helping
Lack of interest is my guess
I think this is a good idea.
However I don't know whenever will this community site be improved.
Why do I say thus, because I have heard @clem built this site and he maintains and updates this himself.
I think this site needs other maintainers who would assist @clem to improve this community website.
