Sleep disabled by default in live and install sessions

Mint (and Ubuntu) freezes during any install session which goes to sleep.

Due to the lack of Mate during the live session, there is no GUI to disable sleep timeout.

Further, if the live session sleeps, there is no simple way to log back in again.

This seems to be more than enough reason to leave sleep out of the process

True, it is quite annoying demonstrating how good Mint is when it freezes during a Live disc session.
