Excellent ideas.
Left brainers are usually good with logical stuff like programming but lack fantasy. That's what right brainers are good at. Combining those two will hopefully result in more and even better estensions.

Just a note: I made this idea because I wanted an overview applet. I have my overview in the top-left angle and when I put the panel on the up side of the screen the overview icon disappears. I like my panel in the up side, and I want the overview too.

Cinnamon is part of the Mint project. What I am suggestin is an "ideas" section like this one we have in the community. People who can not code could post suggestions for applets and extentions and coders without ideas could read them and code them if they want.
