Title bar and menubar integration

It would be good if the title bar (with close, minimize buttons) and the menu bar could be integrated into one with the menu bar revealed on-mouse-over like ubuntu BUT not a global menubar.

Here are a few images.

Ubuntu gets this feature in 14.04 and I think its looks great.
It saves space and has no drawbacks I can think of.

@abnvolk You aren't getting my concept.

I am not trying to follow Gnome 3, nothing will be integrated in a global top panel, no titlebar or window buttons in a top panel. I am suggesting that the titlebar (with window buttons) and the menu bar(one containing file, edit ... option) be combined. Each window will have its own. I am putting my image links into the idea itself.

@gauravjuvekar nice, this will give more space for the user, still one will have to play hide and seek with the menu.

next link is just a suggestion (for mouse click, not mouse over)

@ElHaj-Sorry for the late reply but my proposal is somethig like this.
Normally, title will be shown like http://postimage.org/image/b72euuna9/
When mouse hovers over the title bar, the title will be replaced by the menubar like http://postimage.org/image/bxuy8q27p/.

The close/minimise buttons would be displayed at all times.
