Allow to enable more plugins (like embedded terminal) for Pluma[MATE text editor] with ease (like it happened with gedit)

  Under dev. review

In GNOME2 there was:

sudo apt-get install gedit-plugins

To get more plugins for gedit, like embedding a terminal in gedit (example)

Using LinuxMint with MATE we have Pluma (mate-text-editor), which is a fork of gedit, so think we should include something like:

sudo apt-get install mate-text-editor-plugins

to allow users to install more plugins for Pluma with ease.

We can find them here
