Idea:

XBMC should be included as default application in Linux Mint 15.

XBMC would be nice add. For all those that have no clue at what all you can watch with xbmc you should check it out before putting it down. No need for cable, netflix, hulu or any of the paid services anymore with the right xbmc set up. it just takes a bit of time setting it all up

I am sure it is OSS and GPL but the choice of media software is personal choice and no matter what you install 75% will want some other...
So why bother changing the current that works

Why?? There are 13 to the dozen of "Media Centre" applications. Personal preference lets you install whatever variant you want if the provided don't work for you
