Power management (inhibit applet)

The power management applet is great.

However, if a process has inhibited power management then it would be useful if the applet could indicate the PID/name of the process (or processes) that are inhibiting power management.

Optionally it would be useful if we could kill the "offending" process(es) from within the applet.

Often with Chrome you may have dozens of tabs open and it's difficult to determine which tab is inhibiting power management.

To build on @remoulder - why though?

There are several application which do exactly what you want; just look it up.

Ideas without context are meaningless! What power management applet, what desktop, what version of mint?
