CTRL-Q to close apps consistently

Many apps use CTRL-Q to close the app but a few cinnemon apps do not support it. It would be nice if they could. The following apps do not support CTRL-Q today:

* System Preferences
* Update Manager
* Software Manager

I understand you can close with ALT-F4 but with modern laptops this becomes FN-ALT-F4 which is an interesting finger exercise. :)

This is a no-brainer. There are other Ctrl-key combinations that are system wide and this should be another one.
