http:// links in ideas should be parsed and made into html links

This is already implemented for comments, but is still missing for ideas.

Links such as http://site.com should be parsed and made into site.com instead of being plain text so that the user has to copy and paste the link into his or her adressbar.

Now you see, I can already do links, but I will have to type them out as HTML tags. As you may have noticed in my idea, site.com is an actual link.

Not everyone knows HTML so not everyone will be able to paste links, but everyone who might wish to troll this site is fully able to do so.

I sort of agree with you, but at the same time think if this is done we are going to get lots of posts consisting of just links, just as some so called tutorials. So on balance it might be better if things stay as they are?
