The map appears to scale to resolution but at fullscreen on 1920 x 1080 it looks odd and stretched. Limiting the horizontal space the image can take up, or having it scale with a fixed aspect ratio could fix this minor appearance issue

It does look odd if the window is scaled to a resolution it wasn't originally intended for, as it's basically a dialog box, but the map is only intended to allow you to select the time zone, not be a cartographic tool, and still serves that purpose even stretched.
