Pretty easy to get up and running. Although it doesn't have a config menu for adding a shortcut at least it explains how to do it and even supplies the command. Takes a second or two to pop up though. Much better than a lot of others.

Takes WAY to long to start for something like an emoji picker (I rarely use emoji, so I don't want it in the background), but it does have a standard selection of emojis.
