4 I kinda miss it, but with Gnome 3 it slowly became redundant. It is a neat piece of software, though, and indispensable in the “classical” desktop.

4 I love MintMenu! But I'm not willing to give it 5 stars just yet simply because of the scrolling issue I keep having since years now. Dragging the scroll bar with the mouse won't work if you get out of the scroll area, which make it a bit difficult to scroll by mouse if you don't have a wheel or if it doesn't work (properly). But I do recommend this menu to anyone. I wish we had it in KDE, XFCE, LXDE and Fluxbox as well. It's really that good, plus it constantly gets improved. :) Thank you, Mint developers!

4 Very nice menu and improved in Isadora. I would like more control over the options though: Favourites should have a 1 line entry setting and allow you to change the text for apps

3 Not bad as these things go, but not my favorite menu. Theme doesn't match the default system theme at all - which gave me a bad first impression. A little awkward to use. A bit too Windows-like (I came from Mac, so don't like the Windows one-button-menu-on-the-bottom scheme, but can appreciate this menu's target audience). Have to move the mouse too far from the menu button to get to the applications, and I don't want ALL the apps I use clogging up the favorites list. I personally prefer the normal Ubuntu-like menu bar applet better. Good thing Linux Mint has so many options!
