OEM install has a few issues:

• 
  oem-config-prepare isn't visible (since Plasma doesn't show the Desktop)


• 
  oem-config is installed in GTK version as opposed to QT and it fails to deconfigure SDDM (post OEM prepare step, /etc/sddm.conf needs to be truncated to get a working system).

This doesn't however block the BETA release.
