OK let's hold on just a little more on this one... there's an upcoming resolvconf fix for ubiquity. I'll put it in and come up with a new ISO. Let's reject this one.

Fixed:

- memtest
- touchegg missing
- casper/filesystem.size
- removed binary boot/ kernels to save space
