FF in French, wizard page translated OK.

(localization) Firefox initial 'wizard' page is english, then it asks if you want to use whatever system language is active. The menus, search bar hint text, etc.. is in the system language already though. Same with xfce, probably cinnamon

caja thumbnailing avif and heif files fails. Opening them in xviewer causes xviewer to create one that's then used in caja

'show files and quit' doesn't work in engrampa (file-roller), just quits. 'Show files' works fine.

That's a limitation of os-prober, it's always been like that.

#039 Not sure if this is an issue or not. Did a dual boot with Mate and LM 22 Cinnamon. At the GRUB menu it did not specially list LM 22 Wilma as the Cinnamon version in the menu. You just had to know it was. The MATE version was clearly identified in the list.
