Does not work out-of-the-box. I had to run a2enmod cgi.load and systemctl restart apache2 (Linux Mint 21 with apache2 2.4.52). Then I got the status screen by going to http://localhost/cgi-bin/apcupsd/multimon.cgi.

Installed it, couldn't find any way to access it so no use whatsoever

Really nice web interface for the daemon. Without it the daemon is pretty dry and hard to work with.
