I love this software. The shortcuts, like selecting the same spot or work on multiple lines, and the packages available, make is a prime choice for any developer. The fact that it is open source is AMAZING!

This is the best text editor I've tried so far. I somehow prefer it to VSCode (VSCodium, actually). However, it would be nice if the startup time were to be cut down. Other than that, Atom truly is wonderful.

If you change the theme and font (Liberation Mono and Inconsolata are good choices) and enable soft word wrap then the editor becomes extremely functional and elegant. I prefer it to Sublime and Komodo.

Loved it for its interface, functionality and features But it would be more pleasure if it would be a complete IDE with all the existing features. It has issues with python GUI library Tkinter but ither than that it is an eye candy for sure, fully Recommended

It works. But it would be nice if the *.html files would actually execute in the browser.
