Does not work on 3.16.0-xx kernel. But you can download a more recent version to work on the 3.16.0-xx series by adding one of the Ubuntu archives to your software sources. The newer version of this driver will then appear in your Update Manager. I've tested it, it works.

This is one the most usable solution for BCM4313 chipset. Turn off Power Managenet for wi-fi as it doesn't work properly.

WiFi work great on my HP Pavilion tx 1000. Wish this was included in the LinuxMint 13 xfce.
