On 19.3 it only uses your wallpaper as the scrrensaver, and has almost no ability to customize

Works and locking the screen is instant on my system. Only downsides are the limited configuration options, the tight intergration with Cinnamon which makes replacing it with something more useful pretty much impossible and lastly, there is no option to switch off the screen (powersave) when the screen is locked.

Should be able to right click on screensavers and set their individual settings
