works fine, but server-configuration has to be manualy edited after every update

Is this still up to date? The link to www.dnscrypt.org does not exist anymore. On github the current version is above 2.0, so it should be newer: https://github.com/jedisct1/dnscrypt-proxy/wiki/Installation-linux
