Testing Qiana Rc - no bluetooth included; tried Blueman but it failed so installed gnome-bluetooth, but like others below 'where is it', 'how to open it', 'program not in menu'!!

xfce4-panel would be required to launch. Program not found at menu. Program not found with command gnome-bluetooth

Very helpful when using bluetooth devices. It lets you disable and enable bluetooth, setup devices, and manage files.
