Software lets you install and update applications and system extensions.

Software uses a plugin architecture to separate the frontend from the technologies that are used underneath. Currently, a PackageKit plugin provides data from a number of traditional packaging systems, such as rpm or apt. An appdata plugin provides additional metadata from locally installed data in the appdata format.

I installed it to test it on Linux Mint, but I found it very slow. It's better to use the official store or the Bazaar app! Many apps didn't even load the images, making it difficult to identify what they actually do.

It's extremely slow and doesn't show all apps but it has a nice GUI

it's really great and fast, but I cannot install snap apps because it is asking for ubuntuone account and when I try to login it shows login error
