I would love this, but its too buggy and just crushed my soul. Just spent an hour completely focused on buiding out a multi-layered breakdown of ideas that I am going to use to build a project. Swapped to a different tab, swapped back, and all of the subitems magically disappeared. I could tell that it wasn't just not saving any work, because the updated priorities and ordering of items stayed as I left them, but all the real work just up and left with no forwarding address. Crushed me.
Works really nicely and is very intuitive to use. I was curious about the other review, and I can say there is a button in the preferences to do a backup. Also, Planify does an automatic local backup every day. There are a few cloud options available: todoist, nextcloud, and CalDAV. A very useful app for procrastinating on your tasks by making many lists ;) ;) ;)
Having used it a fair bit so far, I'm liking it. It's short, sweet, and to the point. It's got a clean interface without a bunch of extra functions getting in the way. If you're looking for a basic and easy to use checklist system, this is certainly a good choice. My only complaint so far is that there isn't an immediately obvious button in the GUI to export your checklists for offline backups or migration to other machines, but I have yet to properly go through the documentation, so that could very well be on me.
