Picocrypt NG is a small, simple, yet very secure file encryption tool.
It uses XChaCha20 for encryption and Argon2id for key derivation, with
optional cascaded Serpent encryption in paranoid mode.

Features include Reed-Solomon error correction for data recovery,
keyfile support, volume splitting, and a full command-line interface
for scripting and automation.
