Kamailio is a very fast and flexible SIP (RFC3261) server. Written entirely in C, Kamailio can handle thousands calls per second even on low-budget hardware.

MQTT module allows bidirectional publish/subscribe communication by connecting Kamailio to a MQTT Broker.

Messages can be published from any point in the routing script. Also the subscriptions can be fully controlled by scripting commands.
