Kazam provides a well designed and easy to use interface for capturing screencasts and screenshots. It can record desktop video and multiple audio streams simultaneously with control over audio levels and the screen region being captured.

Support for H264 and VP8 codecs is built in.

Интуитивно простой и понятный интерфейс. Приложение понравилось, однако запись с микрофона почти не слышна.

L'interface est excellente et la configuration offre beaucoup de possibilités mais lorsqu'on enregistre l'écran (quel que soit le réglage), la vidéo est pleine de glitchs (traits noirs horizontaux). Dommage.

Not satisfied of the video capture quality on 20.1 Degrades details, is this a question with the codecs ?

I installed it via Software Manager in Mint 19.1. it's rather good, but old version of 2010 1.4.5. It captures mono sound instead of stereo.. P.S. Deleted old one and intalled last version 1.5.3 from terminal. Result the same - mono sound. Garbage ultimate.

After recording footage Stutters and is generally unusable.

Really easy to use and works with no issues i use it to record tutorials it does not lag down at all.

High-quality video AND audio! The only criticism I have is that I can't adjust the video or audio quality.
