Universal 2nd factor (u2f) is an authentication mechanism that strengthen other authentications, and through this pam module it can be used to require a u2f device in order to authenticate.

this package contains the pam module, which performs the u2f authentication step. before this, you need to perform the u2f registration step which can be completed using the pamu2fcfg package.
