I can't understand some of the design decisions that were made to make this worse than OpenOffice. I use Calc heavily for roleplaying game aides and having randbetween be volatile as a default means I needed to update thousands of functions to .nv, and even waiting so long for .nv to be implemented was just goofy. So, sorting that out for each of my sheets, super annoying.

Calc can't load single sheet without errors. I don't understand why is it main office software for ubuntu.

It's great tool. Using it often. I have some slowdowns if more than few rows selected, and Paste Special seems malfunctioning time to time.

Lacks some features in charting and few other areas if compared too excel, but this has nevered truly bothered me. This is a excel replaement, I have not use excel anymore since I started using Libre Office Calc 2 years ago..

The features are almost identical to MS Excel, despite some navigational differences. I have switched entirely to LibreOffice and OpenOffice for business use.
