It works well on Linux Mint 21.2 Cinnamon. Im still exploring it's all features ... it will take some time until I can write a full review.

The version seems to be quite up-to-date now (1.2.2) but still lacking lots of components. Itś a shame that a "LINUX Multi Media Studio" needs components running on Windows over Wine! Also the Vestige Plugin is missing, which makes VST plugins impossible. -Will try the appimage variant, but the package version is just incomplete!

Linux Multi-Media Studio or LMMS is a good replacement for basic Digital Audio Workstations or DAWs when transitiioning from Windows. Currently at the time of this review the version in the Repo is behind and should be updated as it lacks some of hte basic features that were added in LMMS 1.2.2. AppImages are provided for the application at lmms.io for all major OSes.

A very well done and effective music maker. It's very much 'inspired by' FL studio, so if you've used it before, this will be second nature.

Works great! Minor bug that can be fixed easily by changing buffer size in settings (if needed).
