MinGW-w64 provides a development and runtime environment for 32- and 64-bit (x86 and x64) Windows applications using the Windows API and the GNU Compiler Collection (gcc).

This package contains: * gendef, which extracts DLL exports from Windows executables; * genidl, which extracts IDL information from Windows executables; * genpeimg, which manipulates PE flags in Windows executables; * widl, which generates build files from IDL descriptions; * pkg-config symlinks to allow .pc-based libraries to be used.
