The link provided above (https://linuxonly.ru/page/modem-manager-gui) is not active and people using LM21.1 report a segementation fault when trying to launch the program.

Esplendido. El software por defecto de mi modem usb, no pude instalarlo en Linux Mint 19.02, pero este gestor es mucho mejor.

Por fin un programa como este se esta necesitando mucho, un error que encontre fue que no deja enviar mensajes vacíos, pero sigan mejorandolo se necesita como el pan.
